Prior to founding Whitespace, Mr. Adams spent many years working in three Fortune 50 companies as a leader in varies management roles, built and sold two management consulting firms the last of which was acquired by Dell/Perot Systems and built and sold a performance platform to a mid-size consultancy, all out of the New York City area. These were the stepping stones to prepare Adams to building and adership teams on a wide-variety of consulting engagements all of which added dimension to his understanding of the challenges executives face when considering change and performance improvement. Along the way, the firm decided to avoid consulting engagements meant to simply reduce head count as a way to stimulate growth and improve profitable. Instead, their core consulting business remains to this day " tapping the unrealized revenue and value potential inherent within an existing business model."
