Early in her career Ms. Adams held a variety of senior positions in sales and marketing including V.P Sales, Regional Sales Manager and marketing Director all of which were in the health-care and technology industries. Her roles in these positions encompassed a broad range of responsibilities from developing strategic sales & marketing plans, training and coaching hundreds of sales professionals and developing customized tools and techniques for sales teams to meet or exceed revenue goals. After leaving the corporate world Ms. Adams assisted in the founding and sale of three change management consulting firms. As a Senior officer in these firms her responsibilities included overseeing the go-to-market strategies, developing and executing channel-to-market programs, managing day-to-day sales operations and preparing client sales organizations for M&A & IPO. As well, she is a Project Management Professional (PMP) earning her Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. As a PMP she leads the Marketing Research Division of the company where she combines her skills in sales, marketing and PMP to develop and execute marketing research assignments in the technology and health care industries. As a principle of Whitespac she severs a vital role in the development and launch of the firm's OnTheFly BizTools™. This cloud-based service in the Strategic Performance Management Software space assists executives in Fortune 500 companies and SMBs to direct strategies on a day-to-day basis. As V.P. Revenue Engineering, she is responsible for all facets of the firm's "contact to contract" paradigm including: developing the go-to-market strategy, client acquisition, customer interface and support, SEO management and market research. |
