As a management consulting and research firm specializing in innovation and transformation since 1998, Whitespace amassed an outstanding record of success helping leaders from the C-suite to line managers resolve a wide variety of business performance challenges. Working elbow-to-elbow with leadership teams in Fortune 50 and high-growth companies provided me a bird's eye view as to how frustrated and often disoriented leaders are struggling to keep pace with the proliferation of technology.
As Founder/CEO of Whitespace, I acted as strategic thought leader on assignments helping executives in divisions of large multi-national firms and SMBs to reinvent or enhance their current product/service offerings. Then, we helped the leadership team transform the organization to better support the business and better service customers given the new approach. Over the years, the firm slowly concentrated more of its efforts on the mid-market and small companies that were then under served. In these firms. we found that results have a much greater impact on the enterprise as a whole and the rewards are realized much sooner.
Applying our stealthy modern-day approach to change - Value Component System - we helped many organizations win prestigious awards in their respective industries e.g., the coveted Baldridge Award, Pharmaceutical Internet Company of the Year, Technology Breakthrough of The Year In Manufacturing Software and two CEOs were awarded the CEO Of The Year Award in their sectors. Winning these awards came as a direct result of going through our approach to change.
With experience in hand, today I act as strategic thought leader facilitating internal efforts on the part of leadership teams to optimize the collaborative process which I believe is required to maximize performance and move an organization closer towards excellence be it a team, department, division or an entire enterprise. My focus: helping executives strengthen their core leadership skills and expand their sphere of influence over the workforce giving them a leg-up on being a great leader, and I know how to pull-forth the best out of an organization and its leaders.
